Purpose of the role
Together TV is entering a period of significant digital transformation and delivery, including a new website launch and upcoming engagement campaigns.
This role exists to own and stabilise our digital marketing infrastructure during this period. You will be responsible for the reliable delivery of our CRM, website CMS, integrations, paid digital activity, and analytics, ensuring campaigns are technically sound, accessible, and insight-led.
This is a hands-on, specialist delivery role. It does not include line management.
Key responsibilities
CRM & marketing automation (Salesforce)
- Own the day-to-day use of Salesforce for marketing activity
- Build, test, and maintain automated journeys for large-scale campaigns
- Manage segmentation, data hygiene, and consent
- Support email deliverability and performance optimisation
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with external partners where required
Website & CMS management
- Lead the marketing delivery of Together TV’s new website launch
- Manage CMS structures, templates, and publishing workflows
- Coordinate content migration and quality assurance
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and SEO best practice
- Act as the main marketing contact for developers and suppliers
Integrations & third-party tools
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, the CMS, analytics platforms, Google Ads, and other third-party tools
- Document system processes and dependencies
- Identify and resolve risks proactively
- Ensure systems work together effectively to support campaigns and reporting
Paid digital activity (Google Ads)
- Restart and manage Together TV’s Google Ads and Microsoft grants accounts
- Plan, implement, and optimise grant-funded campaigns aligned with organisational priorities
- Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant requirements
- Monitor performance and adjust activity to maximise reach and impact
- Integrate paid activity with CRM journeys and website performance reporting
Analytics, insight & reporting
- Own digital performance reporting across website, email, paid activity, and campaigns
- Maintain tracking, tagging, and dashboards
- Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations
- Support campaign evaluation and board-level reporting
Campaign delivery support
- Work closely with campaign and content colleagues to ensure technical delivery supports creative ambition
- Support the build and delivery of digital assets for major initiatives, including the Sunflower Challenge and the Diverse Film Fund
- Ensure campaign landing pages and digital journeys are scalable, accessible, and reliable
Governance & best practice
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows
- Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance across digital activity
- Promote continuous improvement and digital best practice within the marketing team
Skills and experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a digital marketing or marketing operations role
- Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce for marketing and automation
- Solid experience managing a CMS-driven website
- Experience working with system integrations and external suppliers
- Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities confidently
- Comfortable working independently within a small team
Desirable
- Experience managing Google Ads, including grant-funded accounts
- Experience delivering or supporting large-scale participation campaigns
- Experience working in media, charity, or purpose-led organisations
- Familiarity with digital accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with email deliverability and data hygiene
- Experience creating clear documentation and process guides
