Help your local hospice now

Stop for a minute and think. If one day you were diagnosed with a terminal condition and told that your time was limited, what would you do? You'd probably want to spend it with people you love and make every day count. Because when time is short and even more precious, every moment really matters.

That is what hospices do: give people affected by life-limiting conditions, no matter how young or old they are, a chance to be cared for and supported in difficult times.

This is what happens every day at ellenor, the hospice at the very heart of the TV series on air on Together. Watch the promo here:

Help your local hospice

Hospice care is full of life. But hospices need our help to continue their essential work with patients and families in their communities.

There are many ways you can help:

Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice and palliative care. They support local hospices to provide care to more than 200.000 people every year. Together for Short Lives is the charity that speaks out for children and young people who are expected to have short lives.

Big initiatives are happening now across the UK during Dying Matters Week (14-20 May) and Children’s Hospice Week (21-27 May), with lots of events and occasions to get in touch with local hospices. Get started with your help today!
