Too much water?
At this stage, you might not know how much water is enough for your seeds.
Too much, the roots struggle. Too little, and growth can be slow.

Every sunflower grows at their own speed,
Don’t be disheartened if they haven’t grown yet. If your seedlings have grown, make sure you’re watering them when they are nice and dry.
Not sure how to?
Try the touch test! You can check this by touching the soil and checking how damp it is.
